About Julie
My Bachelor's degree is in Mathematics with a minor in Secondary Education. I just retired after 31 years in Secondary Education including teaching, tutoring, team leader and instructional specialist jobs (in Texas). I have also written and reviewed math curriculum.

Hi! I have been tutoring students in math for over 20 years. My expertise lies in finding the pre-requisite gaps that are causing struggle and filling in those gaps. I also explain things slowly and clearly and from different angles if needed. I am available to help those struggling in Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2 or College Algebra, and Pre-Calculus or Trigonometry. I do not tutor Calculus.
