About Siva
I always introduce quicker ways of solving problems.
Examples: (1) 60% of 20= 6 times 2=12, 80% of 90= 8 times 9=72
(2) Percentages are reversible i.e. 25% of 32 is same as 32% of 25. 25% of 32 is easy to calculate (One fourth of 32)
Many students have difficulties in learning algebra. I have a way of teaching that makes any student to absorb the concepts quickly.

Although the importance of Math can never be denied, a general fear of dealing with it exists in students around the world. "I am not good at Math" is something I heard from many adults during casual conversations. The basic problem is simple arithmetic; a fundamental understanding of numbers.
The learning capabilities of kids in a class may differ. But I strongly believe that every kid could be made to show interest in Math if appropriate steps are taken to understand their individual difficulties.
I prefer to teach individually instead of groups.
