About Judy
I am a retired Elementary teacher. I have taught grades first through fifth. I was the Director of Title I reading for three years.
I moved to Colorado Springs three years ago from Surprise, AZ. I miss teaching and wish to help students learn to read.

About the lesson

I use the Spalding phonics approach. Once they understand how phonics works, they can sound out all words. I prefer to teach beginning readers. I have taught for 30 years at grades 1-5 and special reading. I am now retired and wish to help students learn to read.
