About George
In addition to a high school diploma, I have earned an associate's degree in electronics technology, a BS degree in chemistry, with a minor in physics, and a PhD degree in chemical physics. I have worked in several private sector jobs, ranging from R&D Director to field technical service. Towards the end of the first phase of my life, I taught high school mathematics and physics. I have helped students with a very wide range of mathematical ability.

Part of my career I spent in the industrial world, working as a chemist, a physicist, an engineer, and as a mathematician. My knowledge of real-world applications of mathematics and physics colors the way I teach. My approach is straightforward, and many of my examples are of real-life situations. My students have ranged from the eighth grade to men and women with 30 years of experience working in the field. Everyone is capable of learning mathematics. Let me show you how.
