I am a retired teacher and feel a lot younger than I am. I feel that I do a good job relating to students and do it in a positive way. I taught all levels for 44 years and sub some to this day. Sometimes I learn from the kids also!!!!

After finding out What we are doing, we will break it down and start where the student is and what they know and build on that to come up with a plan to meet our goal.
