About Marie
I am also a judge for the Colorado All State Choir. I was President for 2 years.
I currently am the founder and director of Colorado’s Pop Rock Choir.
You will become a better singer, performer and or choir member. I’ve been teaching privately the past 3 years and have watched my students blossom and grow. I also enjoy teaching music theory and sight singing with the same passion.
No matter your age; music is for everyone. If you want to get better and have a great time doing it; I’m your teacher.

I am a Grammy nominated quarterfinalist music educator. I believe everyone should learn music in any capacity. I have a strong passion for teaching and a love for watching students grow in their confidence in what they love. Music is inherent and all we do. It shapes how we think, how we feel, and how we communicate. Whether it’s in the background or We are the performer; it’s everywhere.
Learning the language of music theory is also an incredible way to grow your ability as an abstract thinker. Music uses both sides of your brain. Music builds community. Music helps young kids and teens do better academically, socially, and gives them so much confidence.
Let’s learn together what works for you! I have over 30 years in this subject and I’m not done. We can build your talent, capacity, and passion together.
