About Scott
I am recently retired from the software quality assurance industry. I obtained a Ph.D. in Physics from Georgia Tech and engaged in research involving computer models of physical systems and materials simulations. I loved mathematics and attended most of the classes offered and this background has proven very helpful in my career. I hope to share my lifelong enthusiasm for learning with others while furthering their ability to think critically and rationally to promote problem solving skills.

My approach is based on discovering the learning style of the student and customizing the presentation to enhance the success of communicating the key concepts. I believe mathematical and physical analysis and reasoning ability confer a huge advantage by providing a solid basis from which all manner of problem solving skills arise.
