About the lesson

One of my biggest strengths is, as a trilingual speaker I'm fluent to speak with all my players. Being able to speak different languages for me as a coach is huge. A coach learns a lot more with the clients and on how to help them understand the training and the process goes a lot smoother. Effort and communication, these 2 words describe what my training is based on. Volleyball is such a great team sport that requires each player to improve their individuality on their own achievements but also understanding how to put it on the court as an addition for the team. I value great communication during my training which leads to the player describing what is needed for their best performance, working on the fundamentals and mechanics for each skill in which I get to talk deeply with the players and explore all the confusion. From a simple pass on a free ball to approach to an out of system ball, there's always a good and easy language we can all speak VOLLEYBALL
