About Savannah
I have an extensive sporting background, ranging from being a springbok national gymnast to a university cheerleader. I also have national and international experience competing in athletics and field hockey as well as formal dance training. My training style is a combination of all the sporting knowledge and personal experience gained throughout my life. learning what to do as well as what not to do. I have worked with and been trained by incredible coaches and would love to pass this knowledge and technique training over to you. If you are ready to try something new or want a change from a regular training routine. You have found the right person. I will help you and encourage you every step of the way.

I can produce custom workout programs, online classes working with body-weight training and basic equipment (I will help you work with equipment you have) learning more about how to trust and strengthen your unique body type. Classes can be from 30 min to 45 depending on the exercises that will be focused on for a particular session
