About Monte
I prefer to find the good and potential in everyone and use positive reinforcement as the primary motivator. Ilove to people to laugh, and I think I am pretty good at it. Seeing my students do well and progress absolutely makes my day!

I can teach all writing fundamentals in a manner that kids can understand in a creative, relative and fun way as one deals with the necessary repetition of said skills. I.E. While teaching the affable, "complex sentence" I had the kids respond to a newspaper ad from Anthony Thomas Candy Company. They had to use a compound/complex sentence in their responses. After mailing their work (which I had reviewed for correctness), Anthony Thomas sent us candy as advertised. Real life and teaching to the moment stuff!
