About Liz
In addition to my seven years of academic Spanish training, I served for two and a half years in the Spanish speaking Central American country of Nicaragua. There I worked with the ministry of education to disseminate a new entrepreneurial curriculum across Nicaragua. I gave many speeches, organized events, and taught directly in high school classrooms, all in Spanish. In addition to my main charge as a volunteer, I gave ESL classes to girls from the local rural communities taking them from zero knowledge of English to conversational English throughout the course of five month sessions. I hope to provide the same guidance and improvement rates to my students eager to learn and improve their Spanish.
