About Manjot

I am passionate to teach and look forward to passing on the knowledge I have but to also gain from my students in any possible way. I believe that apart from theoretical knowledge, I focus on teaching through videos/presentations and real-life examples. Technology keeps on improving and what is better than using them all to explain a concept. In subjects related to mathematics, science, English language, project management and engineering streams where notes are required, I highlight the important concepts and explain them on the whiteboard when taking classes online.

About the lesson

I revise the concept in the next class before starting a new topic. As each student has a different way of studying, I do not impose a particular way of teaching on them. Rather than imposing a streamlined method, I am open to feedback and can teach from basic to expert level as per the student requirement. The way I teach stands out because I do provide regular positive feedback to students which helps to constantly motivate my students and make them feel they are the future of the community. I am not an expert and do not see students as empty vessels. When it comes to tutoring, I am more like a coach who acts like a guide rather than a person who claims to be an expert. The sessions are more enjoyable when it is an interactive session rather than a one-way teaching and learning process.
