About Anisha
On the first day of my Linear Algebra class in college, my professor asked us to "imagine vectors in the eighth dimension". Fast forward to 4 years later, I still don't know what he meant, but I do know that you do not need to see vectors to enjoy and succeed at Math. A subject that is inherently known to be complex, is ironically one of the most simple and direct, when understood clearly. Visual learning is known to be significantly more effective, but visualizing numbers and functions seems impossible. With my teaching, you will experience visual learning for mathematics and physics concepts, and perhaps see the world in a different light- even the eighth dimension!

I make sure to give real-world, practical examples for every theory and concept. Math and physics can be seen everywhere around you, and it's my goal to enable students to visualize math. Numbers (and letters, thanks algebra) aren't scary once they make sense! I create structured, but open ended lesson plans, so we can spend more time on difficult concepts and be flexible as needed. I've experienced various styles of teaching as a student myself for many years, and am confident in pooling the best qualities to curate a well-rounded learning experience for you. I can teach middle-school to college-level math (algebra, calculus, statistics, and geometry), middle to high-school level physics, and middle-school to college level Robotics.
