I am a college student with 20 years of piano training and performing experience. I compose, sing, and play music, played in a rock band, and took music theory courses in college. I have experience with teaching voice lessons to students.

I was classically trained and wish to impart these skills to my students. That being said, many students aren't looking to learn Beethoven or Chopin and would rather focus on contemporary music. My method of teaching is structured around the needs and strengths of each student. I teach students to read sheet music as this skill is invaluable to all other aspects of music.
