My teaching style focuses on differentiated instruction and research-based strategies to reach all learners dynamically. I like to lead students to not only the correct solution, but the correct thought process as well. My goal as an educator is to build the confidence and independence required for success. I enjoy using educational technology and hands-on manipulatives when appropriate. Firm believer in construction/discovery-based learning.
