About Alexandre

I am passionate about Movement.

This curiosity leads me to constantly search for new tools to work on the body (and the mind).

The rope is one of them.

Apart from that, I usually work in cycles (strength/endurance/mobility/explosiveness/...)

I have (obviously) practiced a lot of sports. In particular Parkour for 10 years, then Martial Arts, at least that long and still going.

About the lesson

My classes are for anyone who wants to start a different kind of work on their body.

Concerning this course precisely, the practice being quite recent in France, I imagine that the level will be beginner (and intrigued) :)

I am here to save you time, and to make you quickly autonomous in your practice.

The rope itself is an excellent feedback, because if you are badly positioned, it will adopt an "untied" shape or touch you.
With the solid foundation you have, you can choose to use the rope tool to take the path that best suits you.

The rope is effective for a work of :

- Mobility (especially gentle, due to its low weight).
- Discovery and learning of a motor pattern: throwing, pulling, running, hitting...
- Coordination and anchoring.
- Awareness (and release) of tension areas.
- Meditation.
- Flow state.
- And the list goes on.

What if you don't have a rope?

Don't worry, I'll lend you the rope to work on during our classes.
Of course, I'll be happy to guide you on what kind of rope to buy to practice on your own.

Note: I share my content mainly via Instagram (concealed information) and SuperProf only allows uploading Youtube videos. So I'm taking the liberty of inserting a video that is not mine (but my trainer's), to give you a little more concrete idea of how to use the tool.

Alexandre est juste le meilleur coach….. Il comprends tous les mécanismes du corps humain, et possède une pédagogie hors du commun. Quelle que soit la question que je me posais, il avait la réponse, il m’a accompagné dans ma reprise du sport après 5 ans d’inactivité. J’ai perdu 15 kilos avec lui et ai redécouvert mon corps. Il m’a fait me dépasser dans mes limites, tout en gardant une bienveillance profonde. A la fois psy, précepteur et coach, je ne connais pas d’enseignement plus complet dans le milieu, je souhaite à tout le monde de faire appel à ses services..
