About Sanjith

I am a Mechatronics Engineer, and I love building things, finding solutions to problems, and breaking down complex concepts into the fundamentals.

That's why I love cubing! Breaking down this complex puzzle into simple, bite-sized chunks makes it so much easier to learn. That's exactly what I did when I started out 11 years ago.

Now, I help those who are eager to learn or improve their speed achieve their goals with concise, personalised guidance and training .

I have trained students of ages 5 to 83 years, and conducted workshops/seminars for corporates and schools, all of which has taught me to adapt my teaching style based on the student's learning style ensuring they have fun while reaching their target successfully

I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you level up your skills, and of course, earn bragging rights!

  • 1) When did you start practicing? How did this passion find you?

    More than eleven years ago, when I first learned the Rubik's cube, I could not let it go. I was so overjoyed that I solved it from breakfast till dinner. I have always been curious about puzzles and loved solving them from a young age, but the Rubik's Cube was different. For every puzzle before, solving it again didn't feel satisfying once I had cracked the code. It was the same solution and didn't pose much of a challenge. With the Rubik's cube, you get one of 43 quintillion possibilities, making it worthwhile to solve time and again without feeling bored.
  • 2) Which artists or works affect you the most?

    There are many noteworthy and influential cubers throughout cubing history, from the original inventor Ernő Rubik to Jessica Fridrich, who developed the CFOP method used by most speedcubers. I'm also a big fan of modern cubing YouTubers who constantly push the boundaries of what's possible. These brilliant individuals and their contributions to the cubing community inspire me daily.
  • 3) What are the qualities and skills required to succeed in this area?

    In my experience, there are just three key ingredients to becoming a better cuber:
    * Dedication
    * Passion
    * Practice
    Anyone with these qualities can learn to solve the Rubik's Cube, improve their speedcubing skills, and excel in this beautiful hobby.
  • 4) What is the most valuable advice you can give to help someone stay focused on creative projects?

    Most complex and difficult endeavors-including speedcubing and learning advanced cubing techniques-can be conquered through small habits repeated over time. This is something I encourage my students to practice daily. It's extremely effective for building muscle memory, improving cubing speed, and learning more advanced variations of the Rubik's Cube.
  • 5) How would you describe your passion; how does it make you feel?

    I love cubing, and what I love even more is sharing that joy through Rubik's Cube coaching. Seeing my students light up when they solve a complex puzzle or break a personal record brings me immense joy. My passion is to make learning the Rubik's Cube fun and accessible for everyone, whether they're beginners or experienced cubers.
  • 6) What creative achievements are you particularly proud of?

    Over the years, I've trained students aged 5 to 72, each with unique learning styles. I'm truly proud of my ability to offer personalized cubing lessons tailored to each student. As a Rubik's Cube trainer, I ensure that everyone, from kids to seniors, feels supported and challenged during every session.
  • 7) Have you ever been surprised by a student, by their ability or quick progression?

    I'm often surprised by how quickly students progress with daily cube practice and consistency. The real growth happens when knowledge moves from conscious thought to muscle memory. That's when students truly unlock their potential and become faster, more confident cubers. I've seen many cubing success stories start this way.
  • 8) Being a Superprof is an art! What is your secret?

    I find true joy in seeing my students become better versions of themselves through my sessions. As a cubing mentor, I take pride in helping curious minds unlock their potential and reach their goals. Whether through online Rubik's Cube coaching or in-person lessons, I'm driven to help more people enjoy cubing and be great at it.
