About Russell

Hi, I’m Russell, a friendly and patient German tutor who enjoys helping people learn in a calm and supportive way.

I specialise in teaching complete beginners (A1 level), especially those who feel nervous or unsure about starting a new language. I understand how overwhelming it can feel at first, so I focus on keeping lessons simple, relaxed, and easy to follow.

My goal is to help you build confidence step by step, with clear explanations and real-life German you can actually use. I want my students to feel comfortable, make progress at their own pace, and enjoy the learning process.
