About Galina

I was born in South Siberia, in a small town called Sayanogorsk. I studied part of primary school and finished secondary school in Argentina. I currently live in Buenos Aires and since 2015 I have been teaching my native language. I completed my knowledge of Russian grammar in a self-taught way and I update my knowledge of the language and slang constantly. I am interested in Russian literature, history and cinema. I also do translations from Russian into Spanish. I dictate classes in a personalized way according to the needs and interests of each student and I focus on the conversation, providing learning materials in different formats. I also give intensive short courses for tourists.

About the lesson

My methodology is adapted to the needs of each student, to their level of knowledge of the language, their objectives and their interests. During the classes, I prioritize the development of conversational skills since it is an exercise that the student can not perform on his own. Of course we also study Russian grammar and phonetics, practice reading comprehension and perform exercises. All this I complement with notions of Russian culture, history and art, as well as sayings and proverbs. Classes are carried out online through platforms such as Google Hangouts, Zoom and others. I use material uploaded to my Drive account and we assemble a Doc as a notebook for each class. The previous interview is free. Contact me!
