About Marta

Hello! My name is Marta. I teach Russian and I am passionate about sharing my language with the people that are interested in learning it. I am a patient and friendly teacher who wants you to improve and develop language fluency as soon as possible.

Besides being a Russian tutor I am also an English tutor for Russians. My overall teaching experience is 3 years.

I would say my biggest advantage is that I do not have an accent when I speak either of the languages and, therefore, have no issue understanding or correcting your speech, as well as explaining all the intricacies of Russian grammar.

About the lesson

My main focus is to make the student feel comfortable in the created enviroment so there would not be any fears of making mistakes. I have mostly worked with teenagers and young adults between the ages of 14 and 22 beginner and advanced levels.
My method is all about creating a playful environment using cards and interactive games besides standard exercise books. I believe only when people are at ease and enjoy the process of learning do they actually memorise the given information efficiently.
Additionally, I heavily focus on speaking rather than just learning rules.
