About Manfred
I started doing yoga after having a bad experience with sciatica. After months of physical therapy, I joined a group of people recovering from medical issues related to knee, shoulder, hip and lower back. Yoga helps people regain their mobility after surgery and targets specific therapeutic movements to achieve a pain-free life. It focuses on gentle stretching, flexing and twisting, and does not include any advanced poses like headstands that are part of regular yoga classes.
