Rishikesh became my home while I completed my RYT-300 training to deepen my own practice. Flexibility is rarely about the depth of a pose, but rather the quiet space found within a stiff muscle. My 6 years of teaching prioritize sleep and wind-down routines alongside gentle breath control.
I specialize in warm-up sequencing, prenatal yoga, and injury-safe modifications for every student. You will find that every small achievement contributes to your overall growth.
