About Kristy
I have been practicing yoga since high school. I had a passion for Bikram yoga for many years and used to help take care of a local studio. I love yoga and mind-body connection. I try to teach a class that takes me out of the center and allows the student to become more rooted in their own bodies and wisdom.
I went on to become certified and had advanced training with Jennifer Lynn in Maui, founder of Wisdom Flow Yoga.

My classes are full of visual cues to help guide the student towards a feeling of greater embodiment by the end of class. That means grounding, feeling our body, moving mindfully even when the pace is quicker or more challenging.
Breath is the foundation and therapeutic alignment principles. Yoga is for every Body.
