About Claudia
I have been sharing my learnings for over 10 years, and with knowledge and experience comes wisdom.
I gifted myself the opportunity to study the University Technician degree in Yoga at the University of Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I also completed a Teacher Training in Yoga and Buddhist Meditation at Sati Yoga in Medellín, Colombia, and a Diploma in Facilitating Individual and Collective Systemic Development at Colegiatura Colombiana. I took a Postgraduate Course in Evolutionary Breathing with the School of the same name in Argentina, and graduated with a double certification in Traditional Yoga Teaching from Atmabodha School in Buenos Aires and the Lonavla Institute in India. For the past three years, I’ve been studying Vedanta with Lic. Maximiliano Rossano.
I am certified by Yoga Alliance with the highest level of expertise, E-RYT 500, YACEP.
Currently, I dedicate myself to supporting individuals through various life processes via Mentoring, Hatha Yoga classes, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Breathing techniques. I also work as a facilitator for self-awareness workshops aimed at well-being, and I organize and lead trips to India and Nuquí as a practice of living in the present moment, exactly as life presents it to us.

Me regalé estudiar la carrera Técnica Universitaria en Yoga en la Universidad del Salvador en Buenos Aires Argentina, cursé un Profesorado de Yoga y Meditación Budista en Sati Yoga en la ciudad de Medellín, realicé un Diplomado en Facilitación del desarrollo sistémico individual y colectivo en Colegiatura Colombiana, realicé el curso Postgrado en Respiración Evolutiva con la Escuela de su mismo nombre en Argentina, me gradué de la doble certificación del Profesorado en Yoga Tradicional con la Escuela de Atmabodha en Buenos Aires Argentina y el Instituto de Lonavla en India y continuo estudiando Vedanta de la mano del Lic Maximiliano Rossano desde hace ya 3 años.
Me encuentro certificada por la Organización Yoga Alliance con el grado más alto de expertise E-RYT 500, YACEP
Actualmente me dedico a acompañar los diferentes procesos por los que transitamos por medio de Mentoría, Clases de Hatha Yoga, Meditación, Midnfulness y Respiración, Trabajo como facilitadora en talleres de autoconocimiento para el bienestar, Organizo y promuevo viajes a la India y a Nuquí como ejercicio para cambiar vivir el momento presente como la vida nos lo entrega.

This is a 60-minute space of presence designed to help you cultivate a deeper connection with yourself. Guided Meditation and Yoga Nidra are powerful tools that allow individuals to experience more tranquility, peace, and security, exploring dimensions beyond the physical, encompassing the energetic, emotional, and mental. These practices help us create space for presence and awareness. In each session, we integrate some joint movements to prepare the body for meditation or the Yoga Nidra practice. It’s recommended to practice this twice a week, but if you can only manage once, that’s perfectly fine too. What matters is that you take action.
Remember! You are responsible for your well-being.
Este es un espacio de 60 minutos de presencia diseñado para que cultives una conexión más profunda contigo mismo(a).
La Meditación guiada o el Yoga Nidra son dos herramientas muy poderosa para que las personas puedan experimentar más tranquilidad, paz y seguridad. Explorando dimensiones más allá de lo físico, abarcando lo energético, emocional y mental. Estas prácticas nos permiten crear espacio para la presencia y la consciencia. En cada sesión, integramos algunos movimientos articulares del cuerpo para prepararnos para meditar, o para la práctica de Yoga Nidra. Se recomienda realizar esta practica dos veces a la semana, pero si solo puedes una vez tambien esta perfecto. Lo importante es que tomes acción.
