I believe yoga is a deeply personal and healing journey. My teaching emphasizes safety, grounding, and nervous system regulation. Whether in a group class or private session, I strive to foster inclusive, trauma-informed spaces where students feel empowered to move intuitively, rest deeply, and reconnect with themselves. I view yoga as a tool for healing, not only physically but emotionally and energetically.
