I have done several yoga sessions, meditations, and practices with Carrie. She is extremely helpful when guiding you and teaches her craft effortlessly. I always feel seen and supported when learning yoga with her, even in the most challenging moments. She has taught me an endless amount of knowledge that I have only been able to receive through her as my yoga instructor. Could not recommend her enough!!!
