I also completed my yoga protocol instructor course and foundation course in yoga science and wellness from morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.. I am also certified by yoga certification board...I teach different yoga styles like hatha, ashtanga, yin.. I also teach pranayam, meditation and shatkarma...

So as you know yoga is the best way to keep yourself fit physically,mentally, socially and spiritually..So basically I conduct classes for weight loss and general fitness.And also for some disease management.I take online Classes.Timings are according to your flexibility.
