About Ashley
Hi! I’m a Year 12 student who loves sport, learning and all things motorsport. I’ve always enjoyed understanding how things work, especially when it comes to the human body, which has inspired my goal of pursuing a career in physical therapy, with a particular interest in sports rehabilitation. I also really enjoy helping my friends and classmates with their schoolwork, whether that’s explaining a tricky concept or working through practice questions together. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I believe patience, encouragement and finding ways to make learning easier are really important. Outside of school, my interests in sport and motorsport keep me motivated and have taught me the value of dedication, teamwork and continuous improvement.

My teaching approach is patient, supportive and adaptable to each student’s individual learning needs. I aim to explain concepts clearly, break down difficult topics into manageable steps, and use practice questions and examples to help students build their understanding and confidence. Although I am a new tutor, I have experience helping peers at school with their learning, explaining concepts and working through challenging questions. Lessons typically run for 30–60 minutes, depending on the student’s needs and preferences. I aim to tutor up to Year 11 students, helping them strengthen their foundational knowledge, prepare for assessments and develop effective study habits in a positive and encouraging environment.
