About Lucia

Yogui, sport and nature lover with a background of a Social Worker & Spanish teacher, I’m passionate about teaching and helping others, I saw clearly all my studies and hobbies become my life purpose:SHARE THE BLISS OF YOGA WITH YOU AND HELP YOU LIVE IN A CONSCIOUS WAY. I’ve seen the benefits of this discipline in my body but more important in my entire life and relationships. And I would love to see how you pursue your best version on the mat and outside the mat as well! Always looking forward to learn something new especially holistic therapist and techniques that help my clients expand their consciousness and create a healthy bond with the sport and with themselves, that's why my classes will be infused with an energy healing approach (reiki, emocional biodecoding, akashic records).

About the lesson

My lessons are more than just a Yoga session; they're a heartfelt invitation to reconnect with yourself and embrace the present moment. Customized to meet your individual needs, my lessons provide a warm, judgment-free, and nurturing space. I wholeheartedly believe that Yoga is a practice for everyone, and my joy is guiding you to realize this truth for yourself. Our time together will commence with gentle movements, awakening your body, followed by Asanas to sculpt and enhance flexibility. I love blending Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, wrapping up with meditation and relaxation to absorb the benefits of the Yoga practice. Pranayama is woven in at the beginning or the end, enhancing the holistic experience. Reach out with a message to embark on this beautiful journey of self-discovery and inner peace together :) REMEMBER, YOU'RE NOT JUST PARTICIPATING IN A YOGA CLASS; YOU'RE INVESTING IN YOUR HEALING & EVOLUTION WITH LOVE AND CARE!
