Anuj Mahajan is a dynamic professional with an
impressive 21-year track record in Sales &
Marketing. Hailing from a small town in Jammu
and Kashmir, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree
in Commerce from the University of Jammu.
Anuj embarked on his career in the late 2001s,
initially serving as a Sales Supervisor. Today, he
holds the position of Assistant Vice President at

About the lesson

ere is a significant portion of the population,
much like myself, who come from middle-class
families, have average academic records, and
start their careers in sales. Many of us, however,
find ourselves at a loss and eventually end our
careers prematurely. We are not equipped with
the necessary guidance or mentorship, and the
expectations placed upon us by our companies
or managers are oen unreasonably high. is
book is dedicated to all of us. I understand that
as I write this, many of you can relate to my
experiences. I did not attend prestigious
institutions like IIM or any renowned business
school. Instead, I am a simple commerce
graduate who ventured into sales because it
offered job opportunities for individuals like us
who couldn’t secure a job in other fields.
Drawing upon my 22 years of experience in
sales, starting from scratch, I have authored this
Training program with the belief that non-graduates,
graduates, and even sales professionals from
esteemed business schools can enhance their
skills by implementing the practices I outline in
their daily lives. My training program can benefit not
only their sales performance but also their
overall professional growth.
