About Julietta
Hi, I’m Julie - an embodiment teacher and transformation coach, currently based in Costa Rica. My work brings together movement, mind-body practices, and holistic coaching to support people in reconnecting with themselves, building confidence, and creating more balance and clarity in their lives.
Alongside dance, I support clients through a range of modalities including holistic life coaching, yoga, breathwork, and embodiment practices. This allows me to work not only with the body, but also with the mind and emotions, creating a deeper and more integrated experience.
Dance is one of my greatest passions and a powerful form of expression. Through salsa, bachata, and reggaeton, I help you reconnect with your body, express yourself freely, and feel more confident, alive, and empowered.
I offer both solo and partner-based sessions. In solo work, we focus on confidence, styling, body awareness, and feminine expression. In partner work, we explore connection — with yourself, your partner, and the music — developing presence, rhythm, trust, and playful interaction.
My students often describe my teaching as uplifting, energizing, and deeply supportive. I create a safe and welcoming space where you can relax, have fun, and grow in confidence, while enjoying the process of learning and expressing yourself through movement.

I offer private and group dance sessions, both in person and online worldwide. My classes blend technique with embodiment, combining salsa, bachata, and reggaeton with rhythm, expression, and connection.
We focus not only on steps, but on how you feel while dancing — building confidence, fluidity, presence, and feminine expression. My sessions are designed to help you move freely, express yourself, and truly feel the dance.
A typical class includes warm-up, rhythm and body awareness, step combinations, and freestyle exploration, always adapted to your level. I teach both solo (including lady styling) and partner work, depending on your goals.
My approach is creative, playful, and expressive - bringing energy, music, and a sense of aliveness into every session. Expect clear guidance, encouragement, and a supportive space with plenty of fun and laughter.
Whether you’re learning your first steps or deepening your style, I guide you to connect with your body, your rhythm, and your confidence on the dance floor.
