San Antonio College Junior Available for Reading & Writing Help for All Ages!

Methodology

My teaching method is different for each student, because every student learns in their own way! I like to start the lesson by of course talking to student/parent about what they are struggling in. Then I like to learn more about the students interests. This may seem odd for tutoring, but this will help me create a lesson plan that they are engaged and interested in. Throughout lessons I will keep track of what they are getting and what we will need to go over. And I will never use negative language, I am here to encourage and support their academic journey!!

Background

I am a college student who has been working with children for the past two years. I have been working with a local babysitting company and constantly helping the kids I sit with their homework. I have always excelled in reading & writing and love helping others. I have experience writing academically, as well as writing blog posts for advocacy needs.
