About Rudi
I am scientist with a PhD degree and 20+ years of hands on research experience in Europe and the US.
I have been teaching and tutoring since I was an undergraduate student back in the early 2000s.
I am fluent in English, have a basic knowledge of Spanish and my mother language is Italian.
I am married, have two boys (6 and 9) and live in north San Diego county.

Being a hands-on scientist, I like to be as efficient and to-the-point as possible.
I usually have a quick introductory conversation that allows me to understand what the student's hurdles and goals are; after the context is set, I lay a schematic plan to address the problems and reach the desired goals.
My approach is based on the fact that students are all different and unique... Teachers shouldn't have a blueprint to follow when supporting their education, students themselves are the blueprint!
Lesson plans can be crafted for all levels, from elementary up to college level education.
