After my 10th Board exams I took Sanskrit as my 2nd Lang in 1st PU , as it was a scoring subject. But I couldn’t learn it all by myself as it was not as easy as I thought. Then I enrolled myself into Dr. Jayalakshmi ma’am’s Ankura classes. Learning from such a wonderful teacher like her was a pleasure to me as she not only taught the basics of Sanskrit, but also about our Vedas and Puranas. There would be a story session in each class where she used to tell unheard, thrilling stories from Ramayana and Mahabharata. It was a pleasure learning from her. Currently, I’m in the 2 level (Pragathi) classes and I can’t wait to expand my knowledge in the classes with Subhashitas and other Puranas.

is really easy and fun. I have completed level 1 and now I am in level 2 classes , I am feeling very much confident when it comes to understanding and simple conversation in Sanskrit. She explains Sanskrit Grammar in very easy understandable way .
