About Quinabil
I have no experience doing professional tutoring before, but I have self-taught myself while taking biology classes in both high school and UC Santa Cruz. I currently have a good-standing 3.5 GPA in UC Santa Cruz, and received high scores in my marine biology and ecology/evolution classes. I have helped students in my school in their studies, assist them with problem solving, lab report constructions, test preparations, and help increase their confidence in their scientific abilities.

Hello! My name is Quinabil, or Quinn. I am currently living in Carlsbad, San Diego and I graduated with honors from Carlsbad High School with 3.86 GPA in june 2016. I am currently a first year UC Santa Cruz student since summer quarter 2016 with interest in Marine Biology and strong passion in creative writing.
I offer Biology tutoring, from general Biology to Ecology/Evolution or Marine Biology. I am available to help students from elementary school to college/universities. I have experiences taking biology class in high school, classes from UC Santa Cruz in Summer and Fall Quarter 2016 such as Ecology and Evolution and The Oceans (introduction to Oceanography and Marine Biology). I would love to help with homework, study for test and test preps, construction of lab reports, quiz preps, or if you want cool facts about marine animals, i'd be happy to share!
I have taken Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Trigonometry and College Algebra in high school and will start Calculus next semester. I received overall A in all of my math classes and graduated with honors from Carlsbad High School with honors and 3.86 GPA. I'd be happy to help students conquer mind-boggling math homework, go through test preps, and practice SAT math if needed.
I'm a marine life enthusiast and started Open Water diving since the age of 9. I currently have recorded over 100 dive times in Indonesian waters (including: night dive, deep dive, underwater photography and videography). I also participated in underwater conservation program and beach clean-up program. I have a life-long passion in learning biology and would love to help students in elementary school to college with their studies!
