About Desert
I'm Sarah! I graduated from Bard College in New York. I have taught mainly elementary school students in an academic atmosphere for about 3 years, I have graduated from teaching only general academics to begin teaching older students English and I now have over 60 hours of experience and counting doing this. I specialize in teaching English, primarily through conversation, close listening, error correction, working with and checking in with my students weekly. I take my profession very seriously and my main goal is helping you to grow.

I have been tutoring online for about 6 months and I have learned a few lessons: I do not like having to waste time waiting for you in the classroom, although I understand life happens and sometimes you cant help being tardy, just call or text first, please. I will accept 2 absences without charging , the 3rd no-show will be charged. The first lesson is always free!
