About Misam
I am and I am not at the same time. The universe works in paradoxes. There is a version of me that lives an ordinary life, as the saying goes "chopping wood and fetching water". That side of me lives through the entire spectrum of the vulnerable human experience. Then simultaneously, there is the witness. At peace, in bliss, immortally witnessing. Not much more can be said about that state in words. If you have never eaten an apple the only real way to know about it, is to eat it, words and thought will not do much for something that is in the realm of no-mind.

We are all already Buddhas in our own right and in our own uniqueness. We may have forgotten what our essence really is but it can never be lost. Remembering the truth of who you truly are is the entire journey of life, and meditation is not a process of becoming something new but remembering who you actually are before any of your identifications. If there is a room filled with candles and not one of them is lit, then a million candles are useless, but even if one candle is aflame, it can light up all the candles without losing anything from its flame. Trying to initiate this fire of Kundalini from scratch, while not impossible, is extremely difficult. But if you can find a guide that is actually aflame then you can bypass all the arduous work of navigating this wild jungle. And just like the candles, their fire can awaken your fire and then your fire can awaken the next person's fire. This is pure joy! Each meditation session is unique and timeless, as there is no other You in the universe and there will be no other You ever again. An awakened guide sees YOU and the universe charts the flow of the meditation. The guide learns something from it and You learn something from it each time :)
