I have been student teaching beginning band students since 8th grade and have received lessons on teaching from professors and directors across Indiana. I also student teach middle school and highschool. My last private lessons were very successful giving all three of my students a gold at solo and ensemble

My method starts with learning about the child, and what the child knows. From there, I introduce basic music theory to help them better comprehend their instrument and what they are playing. I promote new and refreshing advice on technique, range, musicianship, and performance. I have been playing saxophone as well as several other instruments since 5th grade and have received scholarships based on my own musicianship. I would love to offer other musicians the ability to capture some new and amazing opportunities.
