About Grace
Hi, I'm Grace! I'm an S6 student currently studying advanced Highers in Maths, Physics and Graphic Communication. Next year, I've applied to study Engineering at university, so I'm trying to save up a little money to support my studies!
I love helping others out, and hope to bring a friendly and cheerful attitude to these tutoring sessions. After two (long) years of exams, I've developed a decent amount of techniques to revise, which I'm eager to pass on to anyone who would benefit from them!
I am by no means a professional teacher, so if you're looking for experienced tutoring I may not be the best fit. However, if you're looking for some extra support in Maths or Physics, then I'm eager to help!

I've always been a believer that you should study the subject, not the exam. Many schools assign past paper after past paper to students, and while invaluable , they're not helpful if you struggle with the theory required to answer them. In my tutoring sessions, I hope to help you gain a proper, thourough understanding of the topics, while sharing my own experience of exams to anyone just starting out.
Typically a lesson will last 1-2 hours, depending on your preference. The topics covered are entirely up to you - whether you'd like to consolidate what you've learned in class, or gain confidence in something you struggle with.
I have straight A's in both my National 5 and Higher qualifications, and have placed first/second in my school for Maths and Physics consistently. In addition, I have experience helping out in junior maths classes. It's safe to say I've had to study quite a bit for my grades - I'm happy to offer revision or exam advice in the lessons, as it can be a really stressful time for those just starting out!
