About Pallavi
I am a yoga teacher with 8+ years of experience in leading group classes, online classes and prenatal sessions. After business school (Symbiosis, IIM-A) and a successful corporate career, I found my calling in Yoga.
I am passionate about inspiring men and women around the world to make their health a priority and work from inside out. Healthy body + healthy mind and both can be achieved through a consistent yoga practice.
Certified by Ayush Ministry as Level 2 teacher (Ranked 1st)
RYT- 200 hours from Bodhi School of Yoga (Topped the batch)

My teaching style is alignment focussed with roots in Hatha Yoga. I encourage each student to practice at their own pace working with their strengths. I also give options of using props and modifications to make sure everyone can practice mindfully and stay injury free.
Yoga is holistic - so we work with physical postures and movements (asanas, suryanamaskars), breath-work (Pranayama) and Relaxation practices. To make my classes more effective and interesting - along with Yoga, I like blend elements of functional training, pilates and martial arts. Students can expect to learn beginner to advances poses, breathing techniques and different types of meditation.
