About Cap
I have been practicing yoga and meditation for 20+ years and teaching online and in-person for 1 year. I have my 200-hr yoga teacher certification and am currently working on my 300-hr certification. From 1-1 personalized sessions to large online group classes, I have worked with 5000+ students around the world. My students often share that my classes offer them a sense of calm, a strengthened mind-body connection, and strategies to cultivate peace in their daily lives.

Students from all backgrounds and ability levels are welcome to my practice. I enjoy teaching students who are brand new to yoga and meditation. My students range from young children to the elderly. I experience immense joy when I can personalize a session to be as responsive as possible to my students' health and wellness goals, unique needs, and interests in yoga and meditation.
