About Elizabeth

My name is Lizzy and I'm in the 7th grade at the Gymnasium Bad Wimpfen. I've spoken English for as long as I can remember, have an American passport and have always enjoyed presenting and explaining. I grew up bilingually (German-English) and so I would like to help you to have fun with English, because nothing works without fun. I want to show you how exciting and great English can be, because I think that many teachers approach the subject too seriously. I want to help you get better grades and a new favorite subject.

About the lesson

Hello, I'm Lizzy. I am a student in the 7th grade at the Gymnasium in Bad Wimpfen and grew up bilingually (German-English). I've always loved presenting and explaining English to classmates at school. Now I want to use what I know to help you get better grades while having fun. I want to focus on the practice because you only learn to speak English by speaking English. I also think that you have to learn vocabulary in a more lively way, so I will go through vocabulary with you and teach you mnemonics and fun facts along the way. We will also do role-playing games and things like that, because I think having fun and doing interactive exercises will get you there faster. We can soon take off together when you go to grades 1-7 and soon make sure that English becomes your new favorite subject and that this is also reflected in your grades.
