I am a curious person trying to learn different things. Curiosity is my driving factor to learn and read more, and I expect my students to have a certain amount of curiosity to have the urge to learn and understand different concepts and not just memorize stuff.

I don't encourage rote learning or random memorization. My classes work on understanding the basics, knowing the facts on the basis of curiosity, which would never make you forget the things that you learn. Teaching doesn't end by making the student understand the concept; it ends when we have gone through several revisions. That is my main method of teaching.
