About Bavin
Become an emotionally intelligent, clear communicator through scientific sentence patterns. You don't need 20 years of experience or natural intuition to connect with people. Just like speaking English correctly relies on structure rather than guesswork, mastering communication requires practicing scientific sentence patterns with structured conditions (similar to Tenses and S+V+O). My sessions are designed specifically for intermediate speakers and above who already understand basic English and are ready to upgrade how they connect and communicate.
Well, I'm Bavin. I do integrative coaching, systems reductio specialisation, cross-domain synthesizing, and systems architecture development. I love writing execution logic in simple English by using science, technology, and structural thinking to solve problems logically. It's my native interest and the most comfortable part of life. I serve as the Executive Director at the Flushtrash Planet Foundation. And I love sharing and helping people with what I know. In social and professional environments, crucial contextual information is often missing from our conversations. Because this is a recent advancement in science, most of us never learned or heard of a framework to identify this missing data during our university education or professional training. While the concept might feel new, you can ground it in something familiar. Think of it like English grammar: if someone says a sentence without a verb, you don't just guess what they mean; you ask a clarifying question to understand them further.
I teach the Empathic Logic Model (ELM). ELM is a framework that provides clear rules and sentence patterns - just like grammar - to help you immediately identify when context is missing in an interaction.
If the context is missing, ELM provides three distinct "modes" with specific sentence patterns for different conditions (similar to how we use different verb tenses). This structural approach helps you seamlessly retrieve the missing context and understand others better, all without triggering anger, irritation, or unnecessary conflict.
Because ELM is a structured system, you do not need to rely on past experience, guesswork, or "natural intuition." It is purely rules - and structure-based like English Grammar. By practicing the ELM framework, you will naturally exhibit high-level communication and emotional intelligence skills. Just like learning the English language, your level of mastery is simply determined by how much you practice the syntax.
