About Sahr
I'm a scientist by profession, holding an MEng and PhD in Chemical Engineering. Alongside my career in industry, I tutor because I genuinely enjoy helping students understand the "why" behind what they're learning, not just the steps to get an answer.
I have experience teaching 11+ Maths and Non-Verbal Reasoning, GCSE and A-Level Maths, and GCSE Science. My academic background gives me a deep, practical understanding of how maths and science build on each other and how they're actually used in the real world, and I bring that context into lessons to make abstract topics feel more concrete.
