About Gala

Hello! I am a recent ISC graduate who cleared my board examinations with a top score of 97%. Having successfully excelled in the rigorous ICSE and ISC academic ecosystems myself, I thoroughly understand the pressure, the depth of the syllabus, and the specific strategies required to score high marks.
My journey into teaching started naturally at home, where I am currently mentoring and teaching the Class 10 ICSE Physics and Chemistry curriculum daily. This hands-on experience keeps me completely in sync with the current textbooks, chapter-wise weightage, and the exact areas where students usually struggle with concepts or numerical problems.
I believe that every student has the potential to excel in science if the concepts are broken down into simple, logical steps. About the lesson

My Approach and Methodology:
I focus entirely on concept clarity rather than rote memorization. Because I scored 97% in my ISC exams, I know exactly where the ICSE board tests students and how the questions are framed. My goal is to make complex science intuitive and easy to grasp.
Structure of a Standard Class:
Each 1-hour session is divided into three distinct parts to ensure complete understanding:
The First 15 Minutes: A quick revision of the previous class concepts followed by a doubts-clearing session.
The Next 35 Minutes: Core conceptual teaching of the new topic using a digital whiteboard, interactive diagrams, and real-world examples.
The Final 10 Minutes: Solving actual past 10 years' ICSE board exam questions or numerical problems related to that topic to build immediate exam confidence.
My Distinguishing Features:
I am currently teaching Class 10 ICSE Physics and Chemistry on a daily basis. This keeps me fully up-to-date with the latest syllabus, textbook chapters (like Selina/Viraf Dalal), and marking schemes. Since I am a recent board topper, I can easily connect with students, understand their exam anxiety, and share the exact note-taking and revision strategies that worked for me.
Target Audience:
These online classes are exclusively designed for school children studying in the ICSE board, specifically focusing on Class 9 and Class 10 Physics and Chemistry.
