About Shana
I’ve been a student, 34 on the ACT, completed a 4 year college degree, and now VP executive in banking. I also Tudor test prep and homeschool for elementary and middle school students. I do have some that have learning disabilities, but we work one on one at their pace using their learning method they prefer.

My teaching approach is based off of the student and what works best for that student. . What way do they understand the material and retain it? How can we make it fun so they enjoy learning? The student decides the pace and when it’s time to move on. The manner you speak, teach, treat, reward, encourage, go in detail, break down a problem, and other areas of my approach are all different based of who I’m helping. It’s not a one size fits all approach.
