About Rachel
I've played for 19 years, and I come from a long line of volleyball players (beach and indoor), so I know a thing or two about what sets the good from the great apart. I'm here to make you better, but I'm also here to have fun along the way.

My teaching methodology is simple. First we discuss what you want to work on, then I assess, and we meet somewhere in the middle--or better yet, that works for you! This is your time, and I'm here to enhance it.
Two notes:
The free 30-minute session is strictly an introductory phone consultation to discuss your goals. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure I'm the right fit—no teaching takes place during this time.
Lessons are offered in one of three formats:
--online,
--at a gym you have access to,
--or outdoors.
Weekend outdoor sessions run at either Central Park or Pier 25, based on my availability—I'll confirm the location with you ahead of time.
Outdoor sessions are largely drill-based (no net).
Please bring a volleyball; if you don't have one, pick one up beforehand, since you'll need it to continue your practice.
