About Thea
I am a dedicated guitar tutor with 12 years of experience, specialising in teaching high school and college students. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping 200-300 students develop their guitar skills, whether they are beginners or advanced players. My teaching philosophy is simple: I believe that learning guitar should be enjoyable and tailored to each student's unique needs and goals. I focus on building a strong foundation in technique, music theory, and rhythm while encouraging creativity and personal expression. I strive to make each lesson engaging, using a variety of genres like classical, jazz, acoustic, electric, and bass guitar. My students appreciate my clear communication, patience, and ability to explain complex concepts in a way that’s easy to understand.
