About Saravanan
I do long distance running for fitness, started park run in 2011 and gradually built up the distance and did my first half marathon in 2012 and first full marathon in 2013. Haven't looked back since then. Completed 6 full marathons and 25+ half marathons. Haven't had a single running related injury until now. Totally understand what it takes for someone starting to run from scratch or looking to extend their miles or training for a specific event

Understand the goals of the runner, assess their current fitness level and come up with a plan to work towards their goal. Work alongside the client during their activities. Whether it's a warm-up, cool-down or running the miles. After the initial sessions, clients can carry out the plan themselves and update me on the progress or they can have me available all through the plan

Saravanan is a very dedicated teacher with lots of patience and genuinely wants my sons to achieve a good level in Table Tennis. He’s always ready to give support in the best possible way.
